Purpose of the portal
CYDISTA Pay is for the exclusive internal use of SOCIETE CYDISTA to manage its own invoices and customer payment requests. It does not offer payment accounts, money transfers, or payment services for third parties. Access to the staff workspace is restricted to authorized company personnel.
Simulation and payment status
The current version simulates payments. No funds are collected, no bank or card information is requested, and a successful simulation is not proof of payment of a real invoice. Payment-provider integration and applicable contractual notices must be added before real payment collection.
Hosting
Company-managed Windows Server and SQL Server; hosting location to be confirmed.

For an invoice question, incorrect payment detail, or complaint, contact business@cydista.com and quote the invoice reference. Do not send payment-card details by email.
